Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• International Orders: 10–20 business days

Returns & Refund Policy

At Cartiva, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Item must not be marked as final sale (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items
